Sunday st tropez orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Shipping costs will vary depending on the country. Shipping is free for orders above 300 euros. Express delivery is available to most destinations.
UPS EXPRESS: Available in Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Sunday st tropez cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Exchange and Returns:
In all circumstances, you can always contact our Service who will be happy to help you.
- all products must be returned to us unused, in the same condition as received, within 14 days of the date of reception of your order
- if you wish to return your full order, the return shipping fees will be at your expense. Just contact our Customer service who will provide you with the details to return your order.
- if you wish to return it partially (if you keep at least one item), we will cover return shipping fees. To request your free return just contact our Customer Service who will organize a free collection via our partner courier service.
Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be returned to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned product (s) and approved the return by email, we will refund the price you paid for the product (including VAT) with the exception of any other applicable taxes or import and delivery duties and return costs.
For all purchases and returns outside the European Union, import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you cannot return products on sale.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, while stocks last.
